Procurement Services

We provide a range of activities performed by our procurement team with the aim of ensuring the project is completed safely, on time and achieving cost & quality limits.

• Surveying the market for potential qualified suppliers and subcontractors/suppliers to provide the required material and all kinds of services during all the project phases.
• Managing preparation, implementation, and execution of procurement processes.
• Drafting and sending RFQ to the potential suppliers/ subcontractors based on the required scope.
• Preparation of Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations.
• Responsible for vendor selection, management, and performance.
• Comparing costs (CBE) and evaluating the quality (TBE) and suitability of supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Administration of Shipping, Customs clearance, Receipting of goods, VAT, and Duty issues as appropriate.
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are in place prior to commencement on site
• Warranty Management Negotiation of claims and final settlement.
