Project Management Services (PMC / PMT)

ONSPEC is providing Project Management Team (PMT) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, to support the client Project Team During All Project Lifecycle, this includes but not limited to.

  • Negotiations, and developing contracts, review all project submittals, including engineering submittals form EPC contractor, Licensors and Vendors.
  • Managing the project, under Owner directions, from conceptual studies, FEED, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases), up to pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, and Test runes.
  • Project Committeemen to Safety, Environmental requirements, and Energy Conservation.
  • Technical Review for all Engineering, Procurement & Construction activities in reference to the signed Contract together with approved design documents and International Codes & Standards.
  • Review and follow up Project Control Services that shall be performed by the EPC Contractor, Project Control Procedures, Project Planning & Scheduling, Progress Measurement, Progress Reporting, Progress Review Meetings, Project Cost Control, Change Orders Scheduling.
