Managing asset integrity management system development throughout different system phases of upstream, midstream and downstream plants for oil and gas projects.
Developing the AIMS framework including polices and strategies as per ISO 55000 & 55001 requirements and in compliance with Company standard, regulatory and legislative requirements, Assurance of Technical Integrity, Optimization of the activities and the resources & assurance of the facilities’ fitness for purpose/service.
Developing and participating of different Asset Integrity system procedures including Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) procedure, Anomaly Management Procedure, Corrosion Under Insulation Inspection Program in accordance with API RP 583, Small Bore Piping (SBP) SBP inspection program, Piping Inspection procedure, Equipment in-service inspection procedure, Integrity Assessment procedure, Develop Management of Change (MOC) procedure, etc.
Developing Asset Register Sheet required for RBI assessment studies for all static Pressurized Equipment, PSVs & piping systems.
Carrying out and participating in RBI assessment studies for all static Pressurized Equipment, PSVs & piping systems in accordance with API 580 and API 581 requirements.
Developing Asset Register Sheet required for RCM/FEMCA assessment studies for all rotating equipment, Instrumentations & Electrical systems as per project needs and requirements.
Carrying out Criticality Analysis in order to define the Safety Critical Equipment/Element and developing also performance standards and verification scheme.
Managing and following up all technical issues with the technical taskforce team and project management team and & also resolving technical issues with the Client.
Reporting to the Head of Mechanical Discipline and works under his direction.
Following quality system requirement of the project as defined in the project plan.
Carrying out all relevant administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Material Science.
Certification in API 510, API 653, API 570, API 579, CSWIP 3.1 and ASNT Level II in NDT disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the oil and gas related facilities, refineries and/or petrochemicals with minimum of 3 years of experience in static equipment integrity role.
Strong experience in Asset Integrity Management overall system, Risk Based Inspection Studies, remnant life assessments, fitness-for-service, and inspection of processing facilities, pipelines, and gas plants.
Experience in corrosion control for upstream oil and gas industry, including chemical treatment, processing facilities, pipelines, and gas plants.
Comprehensive knowledge of on-stream and off-stream inspection techniques, specifications, and code of practices for the inspection of oil and gas related equipment such as piping, pressure vessels, tanks, columns, heat exchangers, relieve valves, etc.
Familiar with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
